Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)

Coley & Tilley was one of the first firms in Birmingham to become an accredited member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).  The CQS provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.

We meet the high standards the Law Society sets to ensure we give clients a professional and quality conveyancing service.  We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and we pride ourselves on providing a personal and dedicated service.

We will:

  1. Tell you what you can expect from us
  2. Explain the buying and selling process
  3. Tell you what the costs will be
  4. Keep you informed

Membership to the CQS establishes a level of credibility for member firms with stakeholders and indeed many major lenders now require firms on their panel to be members of the CQS.  Membership to the CQS is for a period of twelve months and firms must complete the reaccreditation process before the end of the twelve month period.  Reaccreditation is a way of assuring that members of the CQS continue to meet the high standards required for membership.

Coley & Tilley have recently succeeded in their reaccreditation to the CQS.
